Aleesha Young is establishing herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha Young was born in the year 1984 in the family of sports. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings participated in various sports, including hockey on ice. Aleesha played other activities like basketball, softball, and soccer. She began bodybuilding at the age of 15 young. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she competed was in 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. In 2015, she remained in her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. The 4th position was her top place. However, the "World's strong mother" was forced to stop her training due to her health.
